MINDFULNESS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Modern psychology has included mindfulness as a technique to improve our awareness and to respond more skillfully to our mind processes.
Through clinical trials, Mindfulness techniques have been proven to be effective for a variety of medical and psychological problems (cancer, psoriasis, chronical pain, anxiety, depression, stress, etc.). Mindfulness helps people respond more flexibly and adaptively to painful experiences and has been shown to help people with a vast range of problems and struggles.
Taking care of our mental health is as important as taking care about our physical body. Fortunately, nowedays we are aware of the fact that seeking help from a therapist or psychologist is useful in order to maintain and improve our wellbeing and our health. A psychologist or therapist can support us when dealing with difficult situations or problems. Problems can be related to:
