Experience:
I have been practicing mindfulness since 1982 and learned the method with teachers from the East and the West. My passion for mindfulness has driven me to participate and lead various meditation retreats. I have experienced personally and with the people I work with, that mindfulness technics increase physical and mental well being.

I support people suffering from anxiety and depression and at this moment I am working in Barcelona (Spain). I have lived and worked in different countries like Holland, Israel, Switzerland, Spain and the UK. I offer support in English, Spanish and Dutch.
